Connecticut Junior Women, Inc. is a volunteer organization of women with diverse talents who donate their time, financial, and moral support for the betterment of their local, state, national, and global communities while providing opportunities for personal growth and leadership Member clubs are chartered all over the state under the umbrella of CJW. Some clubs have retained the "Junior Women" name while others have embraced more modern names but the emphasis on community service, personal growth and leadership remains a keystone of our organization.
